Tamarindo Chia drink is a refreshing beverage whose main ingredients are chia seeds, tamarindo pulp, water, and sweetener (sugar or zest). It is prepared by soaking chia seeds and then blending them with tamarindo juice prepared with water and sweetener, often served over ice.

La Milca is a Nicaraguan soft drink, founded in 1959 in León, Nicaragua, by Don Manuel Ignacio Lacayo Terán. Its history dates back to his father's factory, La Chiboleria Lacayo, where "chibolas" (soft drinks) in colors such as orange, purple, yellow, and red were sold. The red version was the most successful, and Don Manuel perfected it
